Transform. Heal. Elevate.

Your journey to renewal starts here.

My approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand patterns, and build tools for meaningful change. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

About Me

  • Hi, I’m Monica, an LPC Associate and current middle school Special Education teacher with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. My work in education continues to shape my clinical approach, particularly in understanding neurodivergence, emotional regulation, and the importance of meeting people where they are.

I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. I take a holistic, person-centered approach that blends evidence-based therapy with compassion, collaboration, and practical tools for real-life change.

    Certified ART Practitioner

    Supervised by Paul Myers, LPC-S

  • I am a certified practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and incorporate trauma-informed care into my work with individuals. In my work with couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and move out of unhelpful relational patterns.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, safe, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and empowered, while building insight, resilience, and healthier relationships—with others and with yourself.
